I would definitely like to see this. Not only would it allow for multi-faceted polling, it would enable this to be used for research where, for example, you need participants to be 18 or older. The first question could then be "are you 18 or older" and anyone who responds with "no" would be locked out or redirected to a "thanks, but no thanks" page the way Google Forms lets you redirect to the submit button at the end of a form based on responses received.
