Know what question you're voting for
When you're not logged in as a registered participant and have to submit a response, you do not know what question you're voting for (the answer form is not numbered).
It would be more convenient to know where you at so you can keep track of your answers.
At the end of your votes, the submit response button should be disabled and all your answers displayed as a "synthesis"2 votes -
Allow PPT download without the instructional slides
After the first download, it is redundant to keep downloading the instructional slides that come before the poll slide(s)

Allow inclusion of images on poll
It is very awkward to include images in the PPT...

Stop requiring a password to clear results
This is a wonderful program marred only by requiring a password to clear results, which turns out to be infuriating on the spot. Please, please change it to allow clearing results without a password. Most of the time the password doesn't work from PPT so it's really a mess.
2 votesLog in bug caused most of the pain around this issue and has been fixed. We will still require log in to clear results to prevent ‘unwanted’ clearing of polls.

Not have instant results as an option
For students, it would be nice to wait to show results until after all students have answered, that way students could answer the question without biased.
Thanks!

Maybe PE could create a QR code for voting
I don't know if it is possible but maybe PE could generate QR codes for voting. A student or person could scan the picture with their QR reader and that would cast a vote.
2 votesWeb voting via QR code can currently be accomplished with a QR code generator in conjunction with our various voting links. (see comments)

Math - allow equation editor from Word 2007
I need to post questions with equations in them. Please - can I cut and paste from equation editor in Word 2007?
1 voteHi RJ,
We don’t support equations from Word’s equation editor; however,we are working on equation support using LaTeX! Check out this post: http://bit.ly/oy83YK Again, this feature is still in beta but please give it a try and let us know what you think!

add comment boxes below submissions
add a comment box below each response. For example, if I wanted my students to ask questions about a topic and submit them, other students could answer them right under the students question.

fix a syntactical error on the Web Response page.
On the Web Response page, after someone has submitted a response, there is an acknowledgement of the response being received. For example, "We received your response 'naics'." This is in the green bar across the top of the response box. What needs to be fixed is that the period should go inside the quote mark.
I hope this makes sense.

2 votesWe looked into this and although the grammar bother us as well, it’s just too difficult to change in the code to invest the time needed. Thanks again for letting us know though!

Choose what question to use for segmentation for a whole group.
When grouping questions, you should be able to identify the question for segmentation immediately within that group and have it automatically show.

More options after log in
I would like to be able to go directly to particpants or settings after log in. Maybe a drop down menu or something so that we could choose somewhere other than My Polls.
1 voteThanks for the idea, but our answer is that we just need to make the entire site faster. Also, we’re planning a start page dashboard that will give you a better view of what’s new, whether that be new users, participants, results, polls, etc.
