Allow for the sizing of the inserted poll slide (or some other way) so that all the responses show without scrolling

Thank you for posting this idea! We do have a setting called Auto-Fit Content in the Visual Settings panel that is available for Multiple Choice and Ranking polls that will automatically scale your answer options to fit within the screen.
