Support moderating and presenting simultaneously from the Presenter app.
As it stands right now, in order to moderate a poll using the Presenter app, the poll must be activated/presented on a different device. (This is due to the fact that leaving the presenter screen on the app deactivates the poll.) It would be nice to be able to control both presentation and moderation from just the app. Ideally, the Moderation screen would be a tab in the Presenter screen (alongside "Top Responses" and "Top + New Responses").

To remove responses from a Q&A activity while it’s being presented, you can click “Hide” by hovering over the response on the presentation view.
