Question real estate and formatting
As a computer science instructor, I wish I had more real estate and formatting capabilities for a longer, multi-line question (I personally would use it to post code snippets). Polleverywhere could facilitate it by allowing the presenter to quickly toggle back and forth between the long question and the poll responses. It would allow the presenter to carry on a discussion with the audience/students without toggling in and out of the tool.

This would be really helpful for us too, and is similar to this recommendation as well (https://polleverywhere.uservoice.com/forums/151441-ideas/suggestions/35138917-images-to-open-ended-questions).
As it is, Poll Everywhere does NOT work well if the question prompt is a large, detailed image or more than a sentence (such as a case or lines of code as in this example). What we need is an option to show ONLY the prompt on the screen (large image/case/code) while the students see an abbreviated prompt and their response options on their devices (multiple choice or open-ended). Then the responses/chart could be toggled on/off or could be on a subsequent slide.
What I currently recommend to faculty who want this sort of experience is to launch the question using a separate device (such as a phone) while viewing a non-PE slide, and then follow that slide with the chart. However, this gets away from the "one device" convenience of your PowerPoint integration.
