I recently submitted a support request to help with the fact that my PollEverywhere App (on Mac) kept disappearing every time I clicked on another program (like PowerPoint). As this product is designed to be used with PPT, I assume you know that people will have both apps open at the same time and want to go back and forth between the two. It is product-breakingly bad that the app disappears... I cannot look at my questions and my slides at the same time. I cannot easily get back to my questions (I have to re-open the app at the dock each time). I was told that this was "by design". I assumed it was a bug it was so bad.
