The organization I work for runs a large scale live Q&A each week, and I moderate the questions for the speaker. When working with 30-40 questions to moderate, scrolling back and forth, rereading, and aligning my mouse with the next questions can be tricky while also anticipating when the presenter will finish their answer so I can display the next question. I'd love to be able to identify the next relevant questions, add it to a queue, and have a button that sends the next question forward when ready. This wouldn't have to replace how current moderation is done, but be an option available for the user to choose.

Edit: It would be absolutely amazing if the next question could be sent forward with something simple like the arrow key on a keyboard. That way the speaker could control when the next question appears using a basic presentation remote clicker, and take all the guesswork out of when I should display the next question.
