Word Cloud should allow multiple words, without having to use a tilde (~), or underscore (_). People often respond with more than one word and the Word Cloud breaks it up as different responses. If I ask in an icebreaker "Who is your favorite musical artist, or band?", Pearl Jam, or Goo Goo Dolls would be split into separate responses (2 and 3 responses, respectively). I don't think the tilde and underscore function is intuitive and could create confusion and be ineffective. I probably won't use it and would like to.

Thanks for your suggestion! Unfortunately, because of the way duplicate answers are counted in a word cloud and grow in size, we separate the words in responses.
If you’re expecting mostly multiple-word answers, I’d recommend using the open-ended activity instead.
