Random Question order
I have a classroom of students who sit in pairs. They have a final exam consisting of a set number of questions, that each student gets. At the moment the local exam server we run presents all questions in a random order to the students and allows the students to put problematic questions back in the pool for a later attempt.
This randomisation ensures that the students are answering each question to the best of their ability with no likelihood of being swayed by the student sitting beside them. It limits cheating or collaboration too.

Agree, we don't use Poll Everywhere for exams, but have to rearrange multiple choice responses to prevent cheating.
