Allow group members to copy questions to the entire group of collaborators instead of writing finding each email address one by one.
We have faculty working with a group of TAs. The faculty regularly share a group of questions to TAs and would like to share to all of them by searching for the name of the group rather than searching and adding each group member.
Thanks for the feedback! We are beginning work on a project we hope will address these sorts of collaboration issues. The goal is to allow one person to share a selection of their poll questions with a User Group who will all be able to present, but not edit, those polls.
There’s plenty more to it than that and lots of details, but that is it in a nutshell.
Thanks again for the feedback and stay tuned for more information on that project. We’ll be posting about in the next few months.

Ah, I understand. Our goal with the Sharing project is to support multiple people to present the same poll simultaneously. For right now, that is not an option and they will interfere with each other. I usually recommend using our Bulk Copy tool to make copies of the questions for each individual presenter.
You can read a bit about our current workaround here:

That's great! That will be helpful for some of our use cases and maybe all. We had an additional wrinkle in this use case in that the sections were being taught at the same time, so I wasn't sure what the result would be if two presenters were presenting a shared question at the same time.
