Not sure if these issues are simply user-error and I'm not looking in the right places, but if not I hope this will be of use. Despite the following, I found Poll Everywhere to be a fantastic and useful tool for the most part as did the participants in the conference we used it for.

I have polls that are grouped by which session they apply to in a multi-day conference. When it comes to reporting, I'm having to generate a report for each session because if I select all groups then the report not only shows no distinction between the groups but it actually jumbles the questions and displays the results out of order.

While it is not particularly problematic as there are only 5 groups of polls and it's easy enough to generate 5 separate reports, it would be nice if I can generate a single report that would be reflective of the groupings and order that I designated.

Additionally, I've noticed a difference in the engagement rates per poll when I select all groups in the report versus a single grouping. For example, in the report that only looks at the single group, the first question lists an engagement rate of 82% while the report including all groups lists the engagement rate at 72% for the exact same question. The accurate rate is actually 82% as that is based on the people who participated in that session rather than the total number across the entire conference. This means that I can't rely on a report that covers all groups and would always need to generate a separate report for each group even if the report across all groups wasn't jumbling the questions. Assuming the report was capable of breaking results down by group, it would be good if it kept the engagement rates specific to the groupings, and worked out the total average engagement based on the average engagement of each group.

Lastly, it seems the only way to access the report as a pdf is to click print and use the 'Save as pdf' print function. The resulting document does not look very professional. It would be great to have an 'export as pdf' option that produced a more professional looking document.
