Scale & 100 point questions
I had to go with www.mentimeter.com for a conference due to not having the question types of scales and 100 points. You guys should check those 2 types out and add them to poll everywhere.
We currently don’t have an activity type specifically for this. We recommend using Multiple choice activities and allowing participants to select each option more than once. Otherwise, you can use our Ranking activity to force rank. We’ll look into this more as we see more interest.

I am interested in this option as well.

I used mentimeter several times and used the scale-Voting.
It shows the rating (rg. 1...10) for a topic in real time on the screen. -

I'd like to see the ability to run a "Multivote" function. Effectively, this would give a set of points to an individual user and then allow them to distribute those points across a set of predefined options.
Example of this https://asq.org/quality-resources/multivoting

Agree - you should consider having an option for users to rate something from 0% to 100% on a sliding scale. Like Qualtrics and survey monkey.

Is there any update on this? I'm a potential new user, but I'm also looking at mentimeter.

It would be nice to create a Poll where people have different projects (e.g. from 1 to 9) and they can select how much value to give to each project, having each of them a fixed amount of values to distribute (in other words, it would be nice to have the possibility to simulate a crowdfunding campaign).

Allocating points to different items can be really useful. For instance, you could ask people what proportion of their taxes should go to:
Road repair
Sewers
Water
Parks
Airport expansion -

Many of the polls I would like to conduct with my class involve asking for a rating or a probability. I’m often looking for answers on a scale of 1 to 10 or on a scale of 0 to 100. I can approximate what I’m looking for by creating a multiple choice problem with different responses representing different ranges…but a point scale question type would be better.

It would be great if you could create a points allocation type of poll. Say I want my voters to allocate a $100 budget across different ideas. A voter could allocate $60 to idea 1, $20 to idea 3, and $20 to idea 4. This can currently be done by having voters answer multiple times on a multiple choice question (say 10 times to allocate 10 points) but this gets very expensive for the poll moderator as each respondent will be submitting 10 responses.
Thank you for your help!

I'd like to be able to create a type of poll where I can provide a list of ideas, give a certain amount of points to the audience (let's say 3) and allow them to distribute their points on the list the way they want (can be 3 points on the same item, 2 on one and 1 on another, etc). Similar to what is used in retrospectives

Add a bucket poll type option for user to attached percentages for options adding up to 100%.

I have used the ranking poll type for some time with great success. But I have found it works poorly when asking the audience to split their votes in terms of explicit weights. This is the case when asking them to assign probabilities to the choices. Mentimeter's 100 point scale does this perfectly. It would be great if you had similar functionality.
