Hybrid multiple choice / free text question type

It would be helpful to have a hybrid multiple choice / free text questions type. E.g. Have 3 multiple choice options and an "Other" free text field

    SurveyMonkey already does this by default, and it is a much cheaper service. Poll Everywhere really needs to catch up on the basics for the prices they charge.

    Can you make a multiple choice question that would read like this: a) Leave as is B)"Your Opinion" and have space or a text box for people to write their answer?

    Please include a question feature, where it has a combined MCQ and an open box for comments.
    So, if there is an option of "other" in the MCQ, they can write down what they meant by selecting "other" in the open comment box
