Every plan level allows you to use the “Reply Message” menu to send a default reply message to participants. Certain paid plans will you to send a custom response to participants after they vote (like a thank you note or more details about your event). Custom reply messages will be sent to participants who vote on the poll via text message.
1. Click on the title of the poll question you want a custom reply message
2. Click on the Response Settings menu to the right of the poll
3. Select Custom Reply Message and enter your message
Note: You can use substitutions to further customize your message.
%option% = The multiple choice option submitted
%total% = The current total number of votes on the poll
%received_at% = The timestamp of the submitted vote
