  1. NATIVE LTI INTEGRATION

Provide native Canvas LTI Integration as the Univerity of Florida will not provide a root level “Developer Key” (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10847-4214445806)

We are currently working on updating all 5 of our LMS integrations (Blackboard, Canvas, Sakia, Brightspace and Moodle) to use the new LTI Advantage (LTI 1.3) standard.

These integrations will be available for our University-wide customers. Older versions of our LMS integration will continue to be fully supported until at least June 2020.

This LMS update is expected to be completed in the next few weeks. Hopefully, just in time for back to school

  2. Available "offline"

Make available to view when not open

We’re working on solving this through two different ways with our PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides integrations.

    1. We’re working on creating a quick and easy way to insert up to date screenshots of your polls into your slide deck with a single button. This way you can easily create “Review Decks” to send out after class or to post on your LMS.

    2. This is the real interesting one (for me anyway). We’re going to change the old grey placeholder image with a screenshot of the poll. So, you’ll be able to see your poll question, answer choices, and responses in edit mode > go to presentation mode > and it will load our live polls as normal. This will be a longer project for us because we’ll need to work out how often to update these screenshots and to make sure they’ll work with all the different…

  3. For multipule resonse such as 2 or more responses to a poll will give full credit or no credit at all (no partial credit/weighted grading).

For a multiple choice question: 4 of the 5 possible responses will be correct and be assigned one point total. If all four responses are selected with "Mark as Correct", and a student doesn’t select all 4 correct answers then they will receive a zero

We do have a weighted grading feature that can be enabled from our Features lab section. It’s pretty stable, but we do not have all the features we want in it yet to be completely released by default. You can turn it on and try it out by doing the following:
    1. Click on the gear icon on the top right of the page and go to Settings
    2. Select Features lab on the left side of settings
    3. scroll down and click the Enabled button for Weighted grading
    4. click the Apply labs settings button at the bottom of the page

Then for any Multiple Choice Poll you can go to Edit > and assign specific points for each answer choice

  4. Team-based quiz games

Easier team-based game functionality would be great!
