Sub-folders would help keep things more organized, when you have multiple classes. One way I've seen users address this in the past is to title their groups with an applicable name and then follow with the class name. For example "Algebra Quiz 1 - (Algebra Period 3)."

This allows you to quickly scan through the collapsed group titles to find the one you're looking for.

Alternatively, you could just use the same polls for each class and clear the results between periods. The cleared results are saved as runs and can be renamed by class period. (This requires a paid plan.)

I would value being able to group and subgroup polls (like folders). This becomes more and more necessary as my number of polls increase. I would "folders" for each course, and subfolders within each course for topics. Then another folder for demonstrations I do to groups at school and other places.
