Enhanced Rich Text Editing for Questions and Answer Choices
Add a rich text editor for questions and answer choices. Many users need more control over how text appears than the current platform allows.
What sorts of text controls did you have in mind? We do have a few options right now such as using LaTeX for math or science equations and then we also have the ability to add italics, break lines, and bold characters in the questions.
Could you give us a few examples of things you would like to add?

Thanks for the feedback!

Sub/super scripts are another instance where this has come up. For faculty who are unfamiliar with LaTeX learning it for just the sake of doing some basic formatting is burdensome. Plus, I've noticed that LaTeX formatting impacts the look/feel of text overall. In a question where only one of the multiple choice options included LaTeX, the text/font that answer choice appeared significantly bigger than the other options.

How about tables and bulleted lists? I'm working on documentation and tools to help faculty transition from Learning Catalytics to PE, and some have tables in the question prompt. Without HTML formatting, we would need to turn that table into an image.
