A Reset Button
A reset button!!!!
We need ONE button to take care three settings for the multiple choice questions. 1. Clear the responses, 2. Hide the chart 3. Hide the correct answer.
I thought when I cleared the responses, it would do these three things for me. But, I was very surprised to see the responses showed when they coming in, and the right answer box was selected from the beginning!!!! These ruined my presentation :(
We’ve got it! From here on out, any time you Clear a poll question we will update the chart visualization to hide the correct answer. Try it out and let us know if it isn’t working
We do not yet have a way to automatically “reset” polls to hide the chart because it’s a little more complicated for us to do because it goes against our stored defaults. Until we are able to update that, I would recommend using our Copy Visual Settings feature to “Hide the chart” for multiple poll questions at once. You can see details how here: https://polleverywhere.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/160777-copying-and-applying-existing-visual-settings-to-p

How do I delete old responses from previous semester, yet keep the questions for each group to reuse with a new group? I don't want to archive or keep the old responses in any way.

I'm also looking for a reset button. we want to use 1 "blank" poll repeatedly for over 30 questions. for now, to get the poll and 30 sec timer run, the process is activate->show result->hide result->unlock poll->clear result->deactivate->activate. Is there a simple way to do it?
If there is no reset button, is there a quick way to duplicate a poll? for example, we have a default poll, and can quickly duplicate it for 30 more. that may work too.
Thank you!

Thanks for the clarification Litao! We'll definitely make it so when you click Clear > the correct answer is hidden. I think that makes a lot of sense.
Hiding the results is a little trickier for us and will require a bit more planning. Partially this is from a technical perspective on how we store whether to show or hide the results. And, also because this would be shared amongst our education and our business users which do not always agree.
I will update you here on how this progresses. Thanks for the feedback!

#3:clear multiple polls at once from your my/polls page. I think the button should be added on this page. Also, I have spoke to many of our faculty members, none of them want their students to see the incoming responses. I suggest to make the "hide chart" button active as the default.
