Sub-users can copy other sub-users' Polls
Would like for our institution's sub-users to be able to copy polls from other sub-users that they share a group affiliation with. Currently they can only do this if they have admin permissions.

Sub-users within the same User Group should now be able to make copies of each others polls. If you go to the the Account Polls page, any poll you see there should be able to be copied into your own account
